This policy explains how Henry Seeley’s website and booking team use information collected through henryseeley.com.
Information you share
When you submit a booking request or Guest Ministry form, we receive the contact, organization, event and logistical details you provide. We use these details to review invitations, arrange bookings and communicate with you. Requests and related correspondence are stored in our private administration system, accessible to authorized team members.
A booking inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you choose to receive updates, we record that choice separately. You can ask the team to change or withdraw that preference.
Website traffic
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referring websites, general visitor locations, device categories and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or browser local storage, and it does not fingerprint visitors or track individuals across websites.
We exclude UK, EU, EEA and Swiss visitors from these measurements based on the location reported by Cloudflare. We also exclude visits when a location cannot be identified, when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, and on administration pages, private Guest Ministry forms and draft previews. Public booking-page views can be counted; form entries are not included in analytics.
Cloudflare handles network information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect this website. That security and hosting processing is separate from Web Analytics. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information.
Cookies and external media
Signing in to the administration area uses an essential session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics on this site.
YouTube and Spotify players load when you choose to play a message or a track. These services then receive technical information and may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Some artwork and video thumbnails also load from external services before playback. You can browse the pages without starting a player. See Google’s privacy policy and Spotify’s privacy policy.
Links shared through hs.bio use forwd.me to redirect visitors and report link engagement. Those reports are separate from the traffic measurements described above. Other external links are governed by the destination website’s policies.
Service providers and retention
Cloudflare hosts this site and its private records. Resend delivers booking notifications, acknowledgments and sign-in codes. Email correspondence is also handled by our mailbox provider. These providers process information to supply those services and may process it outside your country.
We retain booking details, correspondence and consent records for as long as needed to handle requests, manage events and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes. Access to private records is limited to authorized team members.
Your choices and questions
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change your marketing preference, contact bookings@henryseeley.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, restrict or object to processing. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law.
